In this custom design, the floor plan created a nice flow between the different areas. However, design features like the coffered ceiling differentiated the spaces aesthetically.

With a custom build, homeowners can incorporate items that they’ve always wanted but were never able to fit in the space before. In this custom Ottawa build, we made sure to incorporate an extra-wide refrigerator in the design to accommodate our client’s wishes—and big appetite!
When designing a luxury kitchen, it’s important to install cabinets that are functional for homeowners and add to the overall design. For this Ottawa custom home, we installed double stacked cabinets—with the top row having glass inserts. This provided ample storage and a unique look for the kitchen.
