Tarion Warranty Quick Facts
When working with a Tarion-registered home builder, homeowners are protected against:

- defects affecting electrical, plumbing and heating systems
- coverage for damage to exterior cladding as a result of defective materials
The home is also covered against any major structural defects for the first seven years including the failure of any load-bearing element.
