In 2020, we were honoured to join the Holmes Approved Homes program.

Created by Mike Holmes, a respected Canadian builder & contractor, the program aims to provide homebuyers with a house that’s built right the first time. Builders that are a part of the program are committed to Make It Right® and build a home with trust and integrity.

To be certified in the program, all of our homes undergo a series of home inspections including onsite field reviews by approved Mike Holmes Inspectors. The inspection team views the house a minimum of three times during various stages of construction. After the final inspections, homeowners receive a Certification Binder and an Inspections Certificate which is documented proof that the home is energy-efficient, durable, and built to the highest standards.

Becoming a part of the Holmes Approved Homes program was a natural progression for Omega Homes because we share Mike’s values when it comes to building homes right the first time and have always held ourselves to the highest standards.
