Design, Plans & Permits

We have architectural designers on staff to design and plan your custom home. The design process usually takes between 8 and 10 weeks and at the end, you’ll have final plans that can be submitted for permits.

The permitting process can be intimidating, but we have the experience to help homeowners gather the proper paperwork to get the project started.

Excavation

Once permits have been approved, we begin preparing the land for development. This includes clearing trees, digging foundations and any other excavation work required.

Framing & Rough-Ins

We oversee every step of the home building process. You can expect framing to last about 4 weeks, at which point rough-ins for plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems will be put into place.

During this time, we work with you to select plumbing and light fixtures, flooring, trim and paint colours.

Finishes & Completion

Finishing work requires a high level of skill and precision. We oversee all the trades to ensure cabinetry, countertops and flooring is properly installed.

After Service & Warranty Work

Our work doesn’t end when we hand over the keys. We’re always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. We’re a Tarion-registered builder and all homes come with a limited seven-year warranty.
