  1. Contact Us

Look at our gallery of past projects and connect with us to set your initial meeting.

  1. Initial Meeting

At the first appointment, we will go over your requirements, budget, wish lists and any other criteria that are important for your dream home.

  1. Proposal

We will prepare a proposal based on your requirements and wish list and come up with the cost to build your new home.

  1. Lot Selection

If you don’t already have a lot, we will help you find the perfect lot that suites your needs.

If you already have a lot, we can move directly to the next step

  1. Agreement

After selecting the lot and going over the proposal, we’ll sign an agreement to move forward that outlines key completion dates and benchmarks…

  1. Design Consultation and Creation

You will meet with one of our architectural designers to establish your vision and goals. Over the course of 8 to 10 weeks, you will get a preliminary design and subsequent revisions to get your final plans approved.

  1. Obtain Permit

We will work to gather all the necessary paper work and items required to submit for permit. Once the permit is issued we’re able to move forward with the build.

  1. Excavation

We’ll begin excavating and clearing the land of any trees as required. While we work onsite, a member of our team will help you select your cabinets and countertops.

  1. Framing

Framing of your custom dream home will take approximately 8 to 10 weeks. During this phase, we recommend selecting all the plumbing fixtures for your home.

  1. Rough-ins

Approximately 8 to 10 weeks later, your home will be insulated with all exterior finishes underway. By this point you can expect plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems to be in place and you’ll be choosing your light fixtures, pot light locations, flooring, trim and paint colours.

  1. Finishes and Completion

The last couple months of your custom build will see the dry wall and interior finishes completed as well as cabinets, countertops and flooring installed.

  1. Closing/Move In

Once your custom dream house is built, you’ll get the keys to your beautiful new home and we’ll complete the PDI inspection walk through.

  1. Warranty/After Service

Our work doesn’t end when we turn over the keys. We’re available to fix any outstanding issues or address any warranty issues that may arise.
